• The massage tables are guaranteed for two years against any manufacturing defect. The invoice from Prix-Reduit S.A. is used as the guarantee certificate
• The guarantee does not cover defects or deteriorations caused by an unusual use, a wrong unpacking or regular wear
• All returned or exchanged products must be sent back in the original packing or in a perfectly appropriate one. A copy of the invoice and the raison of the return must be joined.
• Return expenses are in charge of the buyer
• If you notice any problems when receiving your materials, not caused by the transport company but by our company (mistake, defectiveness, etc.) the returned expenses will be at our own charge if the materials are sent 24 hours after reception

• We would like to warn you that it is very important to check inside the box (number and condition) when you receive it
• Very often the deliveryman or the postman makes you understand that he is "in a hurry" but it is his duty to wait until you have checked that the delivered materials are in good condition
• You have to clearly state on the delivery papers if the material has been damaged or if the packaging clearly shows that it received a serious chock during the transport. If possible, take photos and have witnesses
  
  
• Warning : if you do not take these measures you will discharge the transport company of all responsibility. And remember that the guarantee does not cover transport damages, but only manufacturing defects
  
  
• A la vérification du matériel, en cas de problème signalé au transporteur, prévenir nos services dans les 24 heures par téléphone et confirmer par courrier (recommandé). Si cette procédure n' est pas respectée, le défaut de transport ne s' appliquera pas et tout litige sera à la charge du client.

• If you are not satisfied within 7 days after delivery, despite the great quality of our products, we will refund you.
• To get your refund, please send back the product in the next 7 working days. (All the expenses for the return are on your charge). The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packing, also in perfect condition. All returned products damaged, not functioning well, or in different packing, will not be refunded

• Prix-Reduit SA will refund the difference if you can find a same product with the same quality cheaper anywhere in Europe. (Transport expenses and taxes included). It does not matter if you find it in a shop or on the Internet (without promotion). To have the difference in price refunded, please send evidence of the price you paid.
• This refund guarantee only applies to the MayaM ® products.
• If you find a cheaper price we will send you a refund within 48 hours provided it is 15 days after you bought one of our products.

• We deliver our products by post or by a transport company on Monday and Thursday, except fast delivery
• Le délai de livraison est de 1 à 3 jours pour la Suisse, 3 à 30 jours pour l' Europe suivant le plan d'envoi choisit (prioritaire 3 à 5 jours), mais peut atteindre 3 semaines et plus pour les tables non livrées du stock (couleur non disponible, modèle épuisé de stock). Vous êtes tenu informé en cas de délais différé de votre commande.
